Topincs

There is two different procedures for updating Topincs.

Secure update

This is a secure but time consuming update mechanism. It takes about 10 minutes and allows to fall back to the previous version like no update happend. It is required on any version jump in the first two numbers (e.g. from 4.1 to 4.2 or from 3.6 to 4.0).

Quick update

This update procedure takes only two minutes and may only be used when the installed version and the new version differ in the last segment of the version (e.g. from 4.4.0 to 4.4.3).
