At the moment you may use Topincs for private and academic purposes. No warranties are provided. You may change the source code, but you may not distribute the resulting derivate further. You may not distribute Topincs itself further and you definitely cannot sell it. All other rights are reserved as well.

These terms are likley to change in the near future. I am leaning towards an Open Source license, however at the moment do not know which one.
